Maintenance, repairs and breakdown attendance including day to day maintenance and emergency repair in a variety of buildings including a requirement for an out of hours emergency service, planned preventive maintenance (including servicing, testing and inspections) in a variety of buildings, the undertaking of minor improvement works to buildings and structures within the corporate property portfolio. Open tender for service contract for the Hard FM Servicing and Maintenance within the corporate property portfolio. Requirements are specified with the specification with indicative quantities in the pricing schedule. 3 year contract with option to extend for up to a further 2 years. Estimated contract value includes value of extensions.
