The All Wales School Liaison Core Programme (AWSLCP) is a national programme jointly funded by the Welsh Government and the 4 Welsh Police Forces. It is delivered by Police Officers across Wales who provide lessons on Crime Prevention which support WG's Personal and Social Education (PSE) Framework, and the Crime Reduction Priorities of the four Police and Crime Commissioners. The outcome of this process will be to produce and supply the following: 1) A bilingual DVD (1 Welsh film clip, 1 English film clip) for use in DVD format and in web format. The expected standard of professional production will be suitable for television broadcast. 2) A fully accessible DVD with consideration for children with learning challenges E.g. Subtitles in both Welsh and English, Audio description, signing) 3) Selected photo stills from the film 4) Promotional Trailer 5) Promotional Poster 6) 20 copies of the DVD NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
