Moray Council is publishing this Prior Information Notice under Regulation 41 of The Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 in order to undertake market consultation. Moray Council invites contractors interested in tendering to deliver M&E requirements to express their interest in this notice by Friday 2.11.2018. The Council is particularly interested in undertaking market research to explore the potential for contractors to deliver a degree of programme management support in the delivery of the anticipated programme of works. The programme of works will cover a period of up to 4 years, and will require to be managed flexibly as budgets and requirements change, reduce, expand and vary Contractors expressing an interest in this notice by 2.11.2018 will be invited to attend a short meeting with Council staff and M&E design consultants. Contractors will be informed of the Councils requirement at a high level, and discussion will take place around how the Council might best shape its strategy to ensure successful delivery of their requirements by the market. Contractors are not required to attend any meeting — this is a market research exercise, and participation or non-participation will not distort subsequent competition or affect the outcome of any tender.
