Tender description

The Daughters of Charity Disability Support Services requires the provision of Managed Print Services. The initial requirement is to replace 8 existing photocopiers across four sites of the Dublin Service. All locations are based in the general Blanchardstown Dublin 15, area. While the initial supply and minimum commitment is for 8 photocopiers this tender competition will allow for the lease of up to 12 photocopiers during the course of the contract. The managed solution is required to provide the following: • The supply, installation and commissioning of Multi-Function Devices (MFD’s) and Printers as and when required throughout the lifetime of this contract up to a maximum of 12 devices • Routine servicing / planned maintenance of MFD’s and Printers. • On-site maintenance of MFD’s and Printers including parts and labour. • Supply and management of all consumables excluding paper.
