The Home Group Landscape Architects framework will seek to appoint teams that will work in a collaborative manner to embrace our vision on community building. Our projects range in size, location, constraints, and tenure - yet the drive to create well-designed, sustainable and characterful places where people want to live will be consistent. Home Group expect the landscape framework teams alongside strong leadership to demonstrate the following capabilities: • Landscape & Visual Impact Assessments • Landscape Led Capacity & Character Studies • Green Infrastructure Strategies • Public Speaking, Engagement & Consultations • Landscape Design • Graphics, modelling and VR experience. • Landscape Maintenance & Management • Site Inspections & Valuations The framework will be tendered as 4 individual Lots, split as follows: • Regional - Scotland • Regional - North East & Yorkshire • Regional - Cumbria • Regional - South (SE, SW and London)
