The scheme is located in the town of Wimborne, Dorset. The scheme consists of replacing an existing timber footbridge. The bridge has a span of approximately 7m and is some 2m wide. It carries a footpath between the privately-owned Crown Mead Car Park and the Council owned High Street Car Park over the Mill Stream section of the River Allen.
