Tender description
The contract will only be awarded to an organisation who meets this criteria in the opinion of the council the contract is due to commence on 1.4.2018. The proposed contract term is for a period of two (2) years with an option to extend for a further 2 periods of up to twelve (12) months each for a total contract period of four (4) years. The procurement will carried in line with the Public Contract Regulations 2015 Light-Touch Regime rules under an amended restricted procedure for the purposes of procuring the contract and the tenders will be evaluated on the basis of achieving the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) in the opinion of the council.
