A Market Testing event for both proposed Lots (Domestic Abuse Service and Case Management System) will be held on 14.11.18. Somerset County Council is inviting organisations to attend that may be interested in delivering these services. The event will be an opportunity to gain an understanding of how domestic abuse features in Somerset and the aspirations for future service design. Organisations that take part will not be advantaged or disadvantaged in any way in any potential future formal procurement. Commercial confidentiality will be respected. This notice does not represent a formal commitment by SCC to undertake a procurement procedure. SCC reserves the right to cancel or re-arrange this event at its own discretion. Somerset County Council is seeking to hear from organisations that might be interested in delivering a forward thinking Domestic Abuse service in Somerset, to include support for survivors of abuse and their children, the provision of safe accommodation and programmes for perpetrators. In order to facilitate the provision of Lot 1, an effective Case Management System, Lot 2, will be required to monitor quality and performance of the Domestic Abuse Service.
