The Council invites Tenders for Treatment and Composting services for separately collected Green Garden Waste for Broxbourne Borough Council, Dacorum Borough Council, and Three Rivers District Council and Treatment and disposal services for separately collected Food Waste for Broxbourne Borough Council.
