HAC5306 Nicotine Replacement Therapy Framework

Tender description

The purpose of this tender is to set up a non-exclusive flexible local framework with a suitable supplier for the provision of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) products to commissioned Smoking Cessation services in Tower Hamlets and other London Boroughs. The framework will be available for use by all London Borough Councils as listed in the contract documents. Please note that the Council intends to conduct a reverse auction pricing event as part of this tender process. We will be using Prosolis Ltd ("EASiBuy") for the reverse auction event. Tenderers who will participate in the reverse auction are required to sign Supplier Agreement Terms & Conditions Organisations wishing to express their interest are requested to register on the London Tenders Portal (www.londontenders.org) where the opportunity documentation will be available for download. You will be required to complete an online questionnaire. The deadline for expressing an interest and submission of tender is 12 noon on 19 November 2018.
