Tender description

The Department for Business, Energy and industrial Strategy (BEIS) International Climate Finance Team seeks delivery partners for the UK PACT (Partnerships for Accelerated Climate Transitions) Programme. This is a new £60m technical assistance (TA) programme to support accelerated Emissions reductions in key developing countries. The key components of the UK PACT are: 1) Central delivery coordination, working alongside BEIS, and including a dedicated Communications function; 2) Country-specific bilateral TA programme funds; 3) A global TA challenge fund with thematic windows; 4) Skill shares (short-term skill sharing exchanges and long-term secondments; An ITT is expected to be launched in early January 2019. The combined delivery partner fees are likely to be in the range of 4m GBP — 6m GBP but are still to be confirmed.
