GB-Middlesbrough: NHC & Student Life Building Clerk of Works

Tender description

The purpose is to provide a brief and tender documentation to enable the University to select a Clerk of Works for the proposed new National Horizons and Student Life building as detailed in this document. The Clerk of Works will provide independent professional design advice to the Employer following novation of the Design Team to the Main Contractor. The National Horizons Centre project is receiving up to £3.2m of funding from the England European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020. The Department for Communities and Local Government (and in London the intermediate body Greater London Authority) is the Managing Authority for European Regional Development Fund.
