Tender description

Powys County Council has established a Framework Agreement for settings providing flying start to designated geographical areas within Powys. The flying start programme is to ensure that all flying start eligible children resident within the specific postcode areas of: — Welshpool, — Newtown, — Ystradgynlais Brecon and — Llandrindod Wells, have access to free, high quality childcare for up to 2.5 hours per day, for a maximum of 12.5 hours per week. Children will start childcare from the term after their second birthday until the term after their third birthday. Open. Bidders to select 1 out of 5 areas to bid for under the chosen lot. Once all the submitted bids have been evaluated and scored, including any clarifications, tenderers will be given a ranked score based on their technical overall scores.
