Tender description

The purpose of this PIN Notice is to gauge market interest and inform the procurement route (open or restricted/single or multi sites) for the Design and Construction of new build housing and associated infrastructure on 3Nr village sites (see additional information section). For each development the Council will obtain planning permission and carry out site investigations. The design will be based on the Councils Exemplar floor plans and New Build Housing Specification. The Contractor will be responsible for detailed design development from planning stage through construction to completion of housing units and associated infrastructure including liaison and compliance with all statutory authority requirements. This would include, but not limited to: — building warrant, — roads, — utilities diversions and — connections etc. To note your interest and provide feedback, please complete and return the attached questionnaire to melviller@northlan.gov.uk by 5.11.2018. The procurement is for the design and construction of new build social housing units and associated infrastructure on 3Nr village sites. The delivery would be by means of Design and Build contracts.
