Community Based Supported Living Framework

Tender description

Swindon LA is seeking to commission a supported living tiered framework for adults with needs & young people aged 16 and over. The term of the contract will be initially 2 years, with a possible 2 year extension, seetender documents for details. Initial contract value of £14,140,000 & an option to extend the value by a further £14,918,000 for a potential 4 year contract making the total value £29,058,000. Please note that this figure is based on current demand. The framework agreement will be a tiered approach. Tier One providers will be arestricted to a maximum of 6 providers for general needs and to a maximum of 4 providers for complex needs,these providers will be the highest scoring following evaluation. All other providers having passed the selection& award criteria will be awarded Tier Two status. Tier One providers will have first opportunity for individualsupport packages with Tier Two providers only being approached when Tier One providers cannot fulfil therequirement.
