Tender description

Newry, Mourne and Down District Council, as lead partner are responsible for the delivery of the PEACE IV Local Authority Action Plan - Beyond Tolerance, which will promote peace and reconciliation in the local area focusing on three key themes:  Children and Young People  Shared Spaces and Services  Building Positive Relations  The Council is seeking to appoint a competent facilitator to develop and deliver a Cross-Community programme that will focus on young men affected by the Legacy of the troubles. This programme falls under the Children and Young People theme. The contract period is expected to commence in November 2018 with completion by December 2019. The project is supported by the EU's PEACE IV Programme, managed by the Special EU programmes Body (SEUPB).
