Tender description

The Money Advice Service (MAS) currently operates a Car Running Costs tool on its website. It's purpose is to encourage customers to consider the full cost of running a given car before making a purchase decision. This is not a revenue or lead generating tool. MAS is interested in procuring a replacement for this tool that features an enhanced feature set - specifically to facilitate easier comparison, to support customers at earlier stages of the car-buying journey, and to reduce the rate at which no data is returned. MAS is not able to fund a full bespoke tool build so we are looking for an off-the-shelf tool that fulfills this customer need which can be white-labelled and used on the MAS website.
