Tender description

The project objective is to create the IoTT’s main campus, which will be 2 new inspirational buildings on within the Innovation Park Dudley (IPD). Services to cover the design for construction and completion of the project. Expressions of Interest (EOI) are very welcome from companies capable of supplying the whole or any part of the broad range of building design services. Disciplines required: 1.1) Architect including Landscape Designer; 1.2) Building Services Designers; 1.3) Structural Designers; 1.4) Civils Designers. Digital Coordination, BIM and information management across the project including the ultimate Asset Information Requirements (AIR’s) of the College and assisting with final production of EIRs. 2.1) Digital coordinator and BIM information manager. Suppliers are invited to offer their EOIs for detailed design supply and installation of specialist systems or building elements for the project. 3.1) Mechanical and electrical; 3.2) external façade. EOIs are invited from constructors to provide building/works/services for the whole or any part of the project. 4.1) Constructors. EOI's are invited from applicants for a Project Coordinator/Integrator to take responsibility for the management and co-ordination of the team members, across design, cost and delivery of the project. 5.1) Project coordinator/integrator.
