To better understand the impact of their investments EPSRC wishes to commission an independent study to address a number of questions. In particular they wish to explore: • the quality of EPSRC-funded research in comparison to other research in the same fields, whether undertaken within the UK or overseas. • collaboration between EPSRC-funded researchers and other researchers, in the UK and overseas • the contribution of EPSRC-funded researchers to identified areas of UK strengths • the relationship between researchers' use of EPSRC-funded research facilities and research publications Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the RFx attachments tab within the Emptoris System. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
