An WPA compliance framework: Workstream 1a: Domestic asbestos consultants Workstream 1b: Non-domestic asbestos consultants To undertake the following tasks: — independent consultancy service, — asset management plans, — management survey, — asbestos refurbishment survey, — void property refurbishment survey, — 4 stage clearance and air test. All surveys to cover all aspects/areas of the fabric of the building and the services contained therein. Regional lots: LN-North Wales, LM-Mid Wales, LS-South Wales workstreams and regions operate independently of one another. Please note there is also a separate CAN for asbestos removals. WPA clients have a diverse property portfolio with different volumes of asbestos management needs. Please note: the original CN states title AS2W workstream 1 and 2. This is changed to 1a and 1b respectively to match our other compliance frameworks.
