Please refer to the description on https://in-tendhost.co.uk/adur-worthing/aspx/Tenders/Current The tender process will be undertaken in accordance with the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU), Public Contract Regulation 2015 and Adur and Worthing Councils’ procurement framework. Details of the tender and award process will be made available to interested parties through the in-tend procurement portal the link to which will be advertised nationally in Arts Professional https://www.artsprofessional.co.uk The value of the contract has been calculated based on a budgeted subsidy paid by the Council which is expected to diminish during the contract term and any future fee payable to the Council. Necessary or desired capital works are not included in this subsidy. Throughout the tender process the Council will look to maximise the economic, social and environmental benefit to the community and will be evaluated using a price/quality ratio.
