Dublin City Council proposes to award a 2 year contract with the option, at the sole discretion of the awarding Authority, to extend for a further 2 periods of 1 year (max 4 years total), for the provision of all services associated with the operation and management of the Dublin City lamp post banner advertising network. The use of lamp post banners is confined to advertising events taking place in the City, including, but not restricted to, events of a cultural, sporting, theatrical or musical nature as well as services taking place of general interest to the public. The use of banners is short term, temporary and campaign driven. Campaigns are normally of 2 weeks, 4 weeks or 6 weeks duration.
