Tender description
A DPS is a ‘Dynamic Purchasing System’, a way for the Council to set up a ‘’live’’ list of providers. New providers can join over the course of the DPS. The first stage of the process is to get venue providers approved onto the new DPS. This is essential in order for the Council to do business with each venue. Once venues have been approved, the second stage of the process is for the Council to run a ‘call-off’, where we will ask each venue on the DPS to provide their fixed pricing for the coming year as well as confirm that they meet the necessary standards for that year’s requirements.
