Tender description

Newcastle City Council would like to invite suitable providers to attend a supplier engagement event on Friday 9th November 2018 at the Civic Centre Newcastle (NE1 8QH). The Council intend to hold a limited number of 1-2-1 sessions lasting 1 hour. Suppliers are requested to give a live demonstration of their system (approx. 30 mins). A more detailed agenda will follow. Sessions will be given on a first come first serve basis to providers who are able to fulfil the requirement as outlined below. Please note this is a supplier engagement event only and does not formally signify the beginning of a procurement process and does not constitute commitment to undertake a procurement exercise. The event is free but no expenses will be paid by the Council for your attendance.
