Tender description
Wokingham Borough Council are inviting tenders for the provision of the construction of new allotments off Woodward Close, Winnersh and associated supporting infrastructure as outlined on the works information drawings. Proposed works includes composting toilets, tool storage units, parking area for at least 40 No. vehicles, 2m high perimeter fence, three 2m high gates, an internal pedestrian access track, internal vehicular access track and supporting services such as, water supply pipes and communal area.
