Tender description

SSE is proposing to place service agreement(s) for the service and maintenance of a number of wind farms in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Tenderers will be expected to offer for each site they are interested in tendering for at least one of the below 3 options: a) a comprehensive full service agreement, compromising scheduled maintenance and servicing, fault finding and corrective maintenance, remote monitoring and support and grid compliance services, technical support, parts supply, an availability warranty, and major component exchanges; or b) a full service agreement comprising the same activities as option a) but excluding major component exchanges; or c) a support services agreement, where the tenderer provides remote monitoring and support and grid compliance services, technical support, parts supply, and provides a rate card for offering additional optional services as and when required by SSE, such as service/unscheduled service labour support. Tenderers interested in tendering for this site will be expected to offer at least one of the below 3 options: a) a comprehensive full service agreement, compromising scheduled maintenance and servicing, fault finding and corrective maintenance, remote monitoring and support and grid compliance services, technical support, parts supply, an availability warranty, and major component exchanges; or b) a full service agreement comprising the same activities as option a) but excluding major component exchanges; or c) a support services agreement, where the tenderer provides remote monitoring and support and grid compliance services, technical support, parts supply, and provides a rate card for offering additional optional services as and when required by SSE, such as service/unscheduled service labour support.
