Tender description

Radius Housing Association Ltd is seeking tenders for the undertaking of periodic and routine grounds maintenance (including horticultural and tree works), cleaning services to hard landscape and associated buildings to the Client’s property. The works are divided into 4 Contract areas or lots. The lots are namely East, South, North and West Whilst Tenderers are invited to submit tenders for any or all 4 lots, the Client will not award more than 2 Contracts to a single tenderer. Tenderers are advised that the Contracts will be evaluated in the order of East, South, North and West.
