Tender description

The proposed contract is for an online resource that is able to gauge employee satisfaction within their role, staff wellbeing and help manage potential problems or sources of conflict especially through periods of change. The system should provide feedback and resources to enable it to be self-managed by Team Leaders and Managers. The supplier will be expected to provide a tool/system that is able to gauge staff satisfaction, manage their wellbeing, especially through the current period of change with the overall aim of improving and maintaining a good level of productivity. It is essential that this service is provided online and can be self-managed.
