Tender description
The Council would like to invite submissions for an Enterprise Advisor to be contracted by the Council for a Digital Transformation Agreement ("DTA") for a 3 year contract term. The DTA agreement will be to replace the Councils current ESA (agreement number 48506728) which expires on the 28.2.2019. Tenderers need to provide September pricing for the 3 year term, on the basis that Contracts and Purchase orders will be finalised in December 2018. The award of this contract also has a provision to extend for a further 3 year period.
