Carmarthenshire County Council will be holding a Briefing Session on Friday 26.10.2018 in order to inform and engage with potential and current providers on the services it is seeking to procure. The event will be held at 9:30am at The Beacon Enterprise Centre, Dafen, Llanelli, SA14 8LQ. The event will provide an overview of the service the Council is seeking to procure, the procurement process, tender support, joint bidding, support as well as an opportunity to ask questions on matters relating to the After School and Holiday Provision for Disabled Children tender. If you are interested in attending, please register as follows: kbaker@carmarthenshire.gov.uk The aim of this service is to deliver the following: — Afterschool clubs and holiday play schemes for disabled children aged 5-18, — This is likely to include a range of activities throughout the county of Carmarthenshire for children who are not be able to access other provisions as a result of their disability, — The service will need to be accessible to children with different needs, including physical disability, learning disability and autism.
