After this Notice has been published only potential bidders that have expressed interest in tendering for the service will be invited to submit a bid for the service. Your expression of interest will need to be submitted via the pro contract portal. Potential bidders will have the opportunity to respond to an online Market Engagement, prior to publication of the Invitation to Tender documents.
