Oxford City Council (The Council) required provision of secure cash collection services on a weekly basis.There was 2 components to the service: — cash collection from 65 pay and display machines from 19 car parks across the City and — cash collection from various city offices, following the collection of the cash from each of the units described, the cash is counted by the successful supplier, sorted and banked to the banks designated clearing houses and banked into relevant accounts. The Council awarded to a single service provider for both collections.
