Tender description

This contract is a specialist Measured Term Contract (MTC) for the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) of existing CCTV and access control systems installed in various properties owned by Belfast City Council, and a Framework Agreement for the remedial works thereafter. The maintenance visits shall be carried out on a bi annual basis with 2 No. Maintenance inspections completed in a 12 month period for each system. The purpose of this contract is to provide an integrated Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme (PPM) and reactive maintenance cover for CCTV and door access systems installed in various BCC properties with the provision for minor works as a part of Belfast City Council’s corporate approach to asset management and maintaining standards in our extensive building portfolio.
