Tender description

This public procurement competition relates to the provision of consultancy support for: — maintenance and support of the Teleform functionality including changes/enhancements to existing templates and scripts (see Appendix 11 and Appendix 12), — the development and implementation of new correspondence templates and associated scripts using Teleform software, — ongoing support and maintenance of, and recommendations for, the optimisation of the Teleform scanning infrastructure and environments (see Appendix 12), — knowledge and skills transfer to department staff on the development and support of Teleform templates and of the infrastructure.
