Tender description
Haulage, sorting and recycling of recyclable materials collected by the Council's waste service. This is a direct award contract. The contract is anticipated to run for 12 months. The PCR 2015 permit derogations to award a contract to a single supplier brought about by events unforeseen — Reg 32(2) (c). This contract will be awarded on the basis of regulation 32.2.c. due to extreme urgency brought about by events unforeseeable for the Contracting Authority and in accordance with the strict conditions stated in the directive.
