Tender description

The scope of the Maintenance Services will be carried out across the HVDC Convertor Station. The scope of the Maintenance Services includes but may not be limited to the following key activities: — Planned Maintenance including Routine inspections and Maintenance through to annual or one off maintenances e.g. Mid Life, on all assets that may or may not require an outage, — Outage coordination, — Maintenance management, — Fault response and repairs, — Execution of responsibilities for safely setting people to work. The scope may also include the following activities in relation to the enhancement of IFA’s availability: — The management of spares and associated logistics, — Execution of the responsibilities of Site Occupier, — Provision of specialist technical services and advice, — Delivery of large scale non routine repairs and capital works. Maintenance services on the Converter Station and emergency response and repair to faults.
