Plumbing: Reactive ,Term Maintenance & Minor Refurbishment Works

The South Infirmary / Victoria University Hospital requires a competent and experienced mechanical maintenance company to carry out maintenance and upkeep of the plumbing and heating systems in a healthcare facility. We will appoint a contractor to provide an on site Plumber for general small works and service projects. We also require and emergency call out service facility 24/7 365 days a year with a maximum response time of 60 minutes. Generally the works carried out would involve the provision of appropriate personnel, materials, equipment and plant for said works. Additionally the contractor would be required to carry out small project works as they arise. Where possibly works would be carried out during normal hours however due to the response nature of the works and also the nature of healthcare there will be a requirement for works to be carried out after normal hours to include weekends and or bank holidays.
