Tender description

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU on behalf of NHS England Midlands and East (West Midlands) and NHS Walsall CCG (referred to as the commissioners) invited suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for alternative provider medical services for GP practices in Walsall, the procurement has now been concluded and the commissioners have awarded to the following lots: — lot 1: Walsall, — lot 2: Harden/Blakenall, — lot 3: Keys Medical Practice, — lot 4: Collingwood Family Practice. Lot 1: Walsall Town Walsall Town is based at 1 Forrester Street, Walsall, West Midlands, WS2 9PL, with a maximum contract period for 5 years, with the option to extend the Contract for up to a further 5 years, subject to a review of the delivery and performance of the contract. Lot 2: Harden/ Blakenall Harden/Blakenall will be based over 2 sites: Blakenall Village Centre, 79 Road, Blakenall, Walsall, West Midlands, WS3 1LZ and Harden Road, Walsall, WS3 1ET, with a maximum contract period for 5 years, with the option to extend the Contract for up to a further 5 years, subject to a review of the delivery and performance of the contract. Lot 3: Keys Medical Centre Keys Medical Practice will be based at Field Street, Willenhall WV13 2NY, with a maximum contract period for 5 years, with the option to extend the Contract for up to a further 5 years, subject to a review of the delivery and performance of the contract. Lot 4: Collingwood Family Practice Collingwood Family Practice will be based at Collingwood Drive, Birmingham B43 7NF, with a maximum contract period for 5 years, with the option to extend the contract for up to a further 5 years, subject to a review of the delivery and performance of the contract.
