PURCH1634 for a Plasma III-V Etch Tool and an Inductively Couple Plasma Reactive Ion Etch Tool. The above requirement is divided into a number of lots. The specifications are set out as follows: — Lot 1: Plasma III-V etch tool, — Lot 2: Inductively coupled plasma reactive ion etch tool. Tender documents available from Public Contracts Scotland.
