Tender description

National Savings & Investments (NS&I) requires an integrated human resources system. This tender process, using the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation defined in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, is issued to enable NS&I to award a contract for the provision of this system. Instructions for Bidders - this document also contains the Outline Specification, which you should read carefully. 2. Selection Questionnaire - this is the document you must complete and return to us if you wish to be evaluated for a place on the shortlist for final tenders. 3. Appendix 1 to the Selection Questionnaire - for information only, this is the reference questionnaire which NS&I will send to any customer organisations named as references in your submission. The deadline for the return of completed Selection Questionnaires is 9th November 2018 at 12:00.
