Tender description

The A650 Hard Ings Road Improvement scheme is an on line widening of approximately 700 m length of heavily trafficked urban single carriageway highway in Keighley, West Yorkshire, including: — carriageway widening, — junction improvements including installation of traffic signals and CCTV, — retaining walls, — footways and cycle ways, — Surface water drainage and attenuation works, — accommodation works, — road lighting, signing and road markings, — traffic management. The scheme also requires significant public utility diversion works. The successful contractor will be required to liaise and coordinate works with the public utility companies. We anticipate publishing tender documents in November.
