Tender description

Powys County Council seeks to appoint up to two (2) suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide: (i) care services to residents, and (ii) related ancillary services (including facilities management service re: Lot 2 only). The services will be delivered at various premises — 12 residential care homes and 1 intermediate care home — which are owned by the Council. The Council's requirement is divided into 2 Lots: — Lot 1 (Services — 11 x residential care homes), and — Lot 2 (Services — 1 x intermediate care home and 1 x residential care home). The duration of the contract(s) is 3 + 1 + 1 years (total 5 years), with a total estimated value for both Lot 1 and Lot 2 of circa 4 800 000,00 GBP per annum.
