The visibility of homelessness has become more prominent in recent years, and is high on the political agenda as it follows national trends. The number of rough sleepers in the borough has risen significantly in the last 3 years with reported numbers more than doubling. In support of the “Housing for Health” agenda — this contract seeks to ensure that every person has access to the right home at the right time to independently make use of their assets. — Enhanced outreach offer, — enhanced support provision, — emergency out of hours food parcels, — day programme. — Building management, — overnight accommodation, — support provision, — food provision.
