Tender description

Basildon Borough Council is seeking to let a contract for: I) A financial management product, an off-the-shelf software solution which does not require additional configuration, and II) Basic IT services close-to-the box for implementation, support and training. Supply and Installation of a Financial Management System. The Council’s ICT Transformation will provide a platform to either host a new on-premises system on the infrastructure or preferably provide the required access to a Software as a Service Solution (SAAS).
