Tender description

London Underground Ltd (LUL) is notifying companies of the future electrical consumables tender opportunity which is due to be posted and run through an OJEU tender process. This is projected for the end of October 2018. The nature of the Frameworks will be made up of 2 lots: — Lot 1: Supply of “off the Shelf” electrical consumable goods through the use of an e-Catalogue, — Lot 2: Supply of ad-hoc electrical consumable goods (non catalogue/bespoke/obsolete). London Underground Limited (LUL) is notifying companies of the future Electrical Consumables tender opportunity which is due to be posted and run through an OJEU tender process. This is projected to for the end of October 2018. The nature of the Frameworks will be made up of 2 lots: — Lot 1: LUL is seeking expressions of interest from organisations that have the ability to provide a bespoke e-Catalogue solution for the supply “off the Shelf” electrical consumable goods, with the view not only to fulfil daily purchase orders across multiple LUL sites but also to compete on an ad-hoc basis for catalogue items which may be required in bulk. A list of all categories of goods will be provided as part of the tender documentation. LUL’s intention is to award a multi vendor Framework made up of 1 – 3 Suppliers. Quality management systems, the ability to deliver within 24 hours to various LUL locations, sound, evidenced supply chain management and secure e-Catalogue systems will be some of the key elements for consideration in relation to the evaluation criteria and subsequent contract award. This PIN is issued solely for the purposes of providing early information to the Market. Quality Management systems, the ability to source obsolete items and sound, evidenced supply chain management and financial mark up proposals will be some of the key elements in relation to the evaluation criteria and subsequent contract award.
