Early Years Provision based in Early Support Hubs

Tender description

Harrow Peoples Services Directorate wishes to promote improved outcomes for children and families, particularly those children and families most at risk of social exclusion and under achievement. This may include specialist SEN provision for 2 - 4 year olds. We are inviting organisations to consider the contribution they can make to achieving these outcomes through the delivery of sessional, term time only, early years education, care and development for 2, 3, and 4 year olds, funded through parental contributions as well as local authority funding. To provide early years and child care to children and their families through identifying and planning appropriate support and interventions, in partnership with families and professional agencies.
