Tender description

Provision of consultancy services for the planning, evaluation and design of water and wastewater infrastructure including the following elements: — civil engineering works, — building works, and — mechanical, electrical instrumentation, controls and automation (MEICA) works in connection with the construction, extension, refurbishment, alteration and/or demolition of the South West Water’s (SWW’s) above and below ground water and sewerage infrastructure. Provision of consultancy services for the planning, evaluation and design of water and wastewater infrastructure including the following elements: — civil engineering works, — building works, and — mechanical, electrical instrumentation, controls and automation (MEICA) works in connection with the construction, extension, refurbishment, alteration and/or demolition of the South West Water’s (SWW’s) above and below ground water and sewerage infrastructure, pursuant to the realisation of the SWW’s K7 Capital Scope Programme including, as may be required by the SWW in relation to the programme: — provision of feasibility studies, — provision of environmental consultancy services, — provision of sewerage network modelling services, — civil engineering, building and MEICA design, — management, organisation, administration and supervision in connection with the delivery of the programme works, — provision of organisational, managerial and administrative services including but not limited to: —— strategic advice and assistance to the SWW in connection with the programme, —— liaison with SWW’s internal stakeholders and external stakeholders, —— provision of resources to meet Alliance Management Team requirements. — supply chain management and procurement of contractors and other service suppliers in connection with the realisation of the K7 programme.
