Tender description

Supply installation and commissioning catering equipment of 2 dishwashers. The requirement has arisen for replacement of 2 industrial dishwashers within NHS Lothian Facilities Directorate (One dishwasher (Steam powered) is required for St Johns hospital catering department and an electrically powered dish washer is required for Astley Ainslie Catering Department. Due to the volume of meals prepared within the production units only a flight style dishwasher would be acceptable. Both of these catering department directly support patient care as they provide meals for inpatients both in Acute and Community settings as well as staff and visitors.
