Tender description

The Authority will require a 36 months contract with 2 x potential 12 months extensions to commence on the Effective Date. The Authority are looking to replace the existing forefront threat management gateway. Currently the Authority use Microsoft’s Reputation Service (MRS) in conjunction with Forefront Threat Management Gateway (Forefront TMG) to undertake URL filtering. The Authority needs a solution to protect our organisation from threats such as viruses and hackers that could reach our network via everyday use of the internet, as well the implementation of a service that categorises web sites in order to prevent our users from accessing inappropriate content. The Authority would also like to include a functionality to centrally manage and monitor current and historical internet usage of our users. Keywords: webfiltering, web security
