Tender description

Leicestershire County Council is working jointly with Leicester City Council and Rutland County Council to undertake a procurement process to identify and appoint service providers to provide statutory advocacy services as detailed in the specifications. The Requirements have been divided into the following work packages (Lots): • Lot 1 - Independent Care Act Advocacy (ICAA); • Lot 2 - Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA); • Lot 3 - Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA) • Lot 4 - Independent Complaints Advocacy Service (ICAS) Tenderers are invited to bid for all or any of the above Lots, however will only be permitted to win a maximum of three lots. ocess to identify and appoint service providers to provide statutory advocacy services as detailed in the specifications.
